COVID TESTING

We have collaborated Cherry Street Health and Arctic Labs to provide our staff and their families and our Students and their families, free of charge, COVID-19 testing for symptomatic individuals.

Appointments will need to be scheduled through http://bit.ly/kentschoolscalendar. Once scheduled you will text “Kent Schools” to 48355 to complete the necessary electronic registration forms for your appointment. This includes consent forms, patient information, and health insurance information.

After making an appointment and completing the consent forms, staff will drive up to the designated “WPS COVID Testing Site” sign at the Cherry Street 28th/Burlingame location.

You will enter a tent where an Artic Lab employee will check you in and show you how to administer the saliva test. Once completed, you will provide the specimen back to the Artic Lab employee and every afternoon they will courier the tests to their lab with anticipated results, provided to you in a text message, within 24 hours.

We hope that you are able to use this as a benefit for you and your families to get quick test results if you become symptomatic while at school or home.

Wyoming Public Schools is willing to accept staff, students and family members from all districts and schools in Kent County..

1) When onsite, pull up to the sign that reads “WPS Testing Sites”
2) Remain in your vehicle, a technician will come out to assist you.
