Actualización de la construcción y logística de la Escuela Wyoming Junior High

We are excited to announce the start of the Wyoming Junior High School construction and renovation process! Thank you to our Wyoming Community for supporting the 2022 Wyoming Public Schools Bond Proposal!

Beginning Monday, November 28th, the parking lot on the east side of the building and the WJHS athletic field will not be accessible to the public due to construction for the remainder of the 2022 – 2023 school year. Families will not be able to drive through the main parking lot, drop off / pick up in the area, or park in it while it is under construction.

Below is a summary of the changes for Wyoming Junior High School that will start on November 28th and apply during school hours. Changes in site logistics for after school activities will be communicated by school staff to affected families.

• Family drop-off in the AM and pick-up in the PM will occur along Wrenwood St. in front of the building. During drop-off, scholars must exit the vehicle immediately to keep traffic moving.
• All visitor parking will be in the parking lot on the southwest corner of campus at the intersection of Wrenwood St. and Boulevard Dr. Visitors will continue to enter through the main office entrance on the east side of the building.
• All school buses will drop-off in the AM and pick-up in the PM on the north side of the building.

A partir del lunes 28 de noviembre, el estacionamiento al lado este del edificio y el estadio deportivo de WJHS no estarán disponibles para el público debido a la construcción por el resto del año escolar 2022 – 2023. Las familias no podrán transitar por el estacionamiento principal, dejar/recoger en el área, o estacionarse en él mientras esté en construcción.

A continuación hay un resumen de los cambios para la Escuela Wyoming Junior High que comenzarán el 28 de noviembre y se aplicarán durante el horario escolar. Los cambios del lugar para las actividades después de la escuela serán comunicados por el personal de la escuela a las familias afectadas.

• Las familias que dejen a sus hijos por la mañana y los que los recojan por la tarde se ubicarán en la calle Wrenwood, frente al edificio. Durante la mañana, los alumnos deben salir del vehículo rápidamente para mantener el tráfico en marcha.
• Todos los estacionamientos para visitantes estarán en la esquina suroeste del edificio, en la intersección de Wrenwood St. y Boulevard Dr. Los visitantes seguirán entrando por la entrada de la oficina principal al lado este del edificio.
• Todos los autobuses escolares dejarán en la mañana y recogerán en la tarde en el lado norte del edificio.
