Wyoming Intermediate Team 21 students worked hard yesterday to beautify their garden as well as repair garden boxes. Students used hammer, nails, handsaws and drills with refurbished wood. They then finish coated the decoupage art from last week and added pieces to their garden. They also enjoyed nature framed art created with flowers and leaves from their surroundings. We finished the day with lemonade flavored with watermelon slices and fresh peppermint. 🌳🌻🌺🌿

Students from the Gladiola Team 21 program learned the waggle dance to discover where the honey sticks were hidden. Three scouts were sent out to find the honey, come back to the hive and waggle dance their groups to the sweet treat.
Students then decorated a bee box that will soon be filled with bees at Brad Cloutier’s homestead. We appreciate Brad taking time from his work schedule to share his skill.
A shout out to his employer, The BUNN Company. Their Community Outreach program encourages employees to become involved in volunteer philanthropic efforts.
Thank you Michigan Beekeepers’ Association for the honey stick donations. The students loved their sweet treat. 🐝💜🐝💜
